Conscious We
Conscious Me began as Maha Hafez’s soulful vision — a creative platform for nature-based programs that use movement and voice to connect us back to our essence, our Fitra (فِطْرَة). From this vision, Conscious We was born.
Conscious We – The Soulful Embodiers are eight women who came together through Maha’s BodyTelling program. In this journey, we learned to listen to our bodies, to uncover the untold stories they carry, and to reclaim a sense of safety, belonging, and connection. Through movement and embodied practices, we discovered that everything we seek is already within us.
Together, we realized:
-
" We are Earth. We are Nature. Each one of us is a walking ecosystem"
What began as individual exploration transformed into a collective blooming. Each of us now carries this embodiment into our daily lives — into our work, our relationships, our sense of self-worth, and our bond with nature. We are bolder, freer, and more attuned to the rhythms of life.
With the artistic soul of Lina El-Karamany, who co-facilitated and hand-crafted the visual identity of Conscious We with deep sincerity and passion. @songsofpluto

Conscious Me became Conscious We through this initiative — unveiling the stories our bodies hold, and reminding us that when we move together, we transform together.
Conscious Egypt
Vision
Conscious Egypt is the horizon where our vision expands.
It is the dream of a community where every soul gathers in movement,
rooted in nature, breathing as one.
Here, we look inward to feel the truths our bodies carry,
and outward to witness the beauty that surrounds us.
It is a space for all humans — seekers, movers, listeners, dreamers —
to return to their essence, to belong,
and to remember that we are not separate from Earth,
but part of her rhythm.
-
Conscious Egypt is not just a place, it is a way of being.
